Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders!

• Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location.

Discrete Packaging

Your privacy is extremely important to us. All orders are packed and shipped in plain black, unbranded poly mailers or standard cardboard boxes with no mention of product details on the outer label.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@studiofegny.com with your name and order number.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can re-ship it to an updated address at the customer's expense.
